Cheese and Pesto Pancake Recipe

Mixture makes 3 large savoury pancakes. Excellent for lunchboxes, served with mayo, lettuce and ham. Yum!

Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon basil pesto
1/2 cup of grated cheese

Method:
Preheat stove to medium temperature.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a fork.

Spoon 1/3 of the mixture into a frying pan greased with spray oil and butter. 

Cook for about 3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and coom a further 2-3 minutes.

Repeat 2 more times.
