Muesli Bar Cups Recipe

An easy melt and mix recipe for cheat's muesli bars

50 grams butter
2 tablespoons caster sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups toasted muesli
12 chocolate melts

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Place muesli in a large bowl and set aside.

Place cubed butter, sugar and honey into a bowl and microwave for one minute, stir, and microwave for a further minute.

Pour melted butter mixture into the muesli and stir until well combined.

Divide mixture amongst a 12 hole silicone muffin tray (or a regular muffin tin, lined with paper patty pans).

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven and place chocolate melts on top.

Tip: when measuring honey, spray spoon with cooking oil first
