Blueberry Muffins Recipe


WET INGREDIENTS
90 grams melted butter
2 eggs
Dash vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk

DRY INGREDDIENTS
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

METHOD
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with strips of baking paper. Set aside.

Place the wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Beat together with a fork. Set aside.

Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir with a spoon. 

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. 

Divide your mixture between the muffin holes and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the centre springs back when pressed.
