Makes 14 delicious banana biscuits.
125 grams unsalted butter, melted
1 very ripe banana, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups wholemeal flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line two trays with baking paper.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
Place heaped tablespoons of mixture onto the baking trays (evenly spaced).
Bake for 12 minutes or until they are golden brown.
