1 cup dark cooking chocolate
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup marshmellows, chopped
1/2 cup dessicated coconut
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Set aside.
Place cranberries, walnuts, marshmellows and coconut in a large bowl. Set aside.
Take a small saucepan and fill it one third of the way with water. Place it on the stove and bring to a simmer.
Place a bowl on top of the saucepan and add chocolate. Stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
Pour melted chocolate into the bowl full of your other ingredients and stir with a spoon.
Pour mixture onto the tray and spread out roughly. Place in the fridge until set and then cut into pieces.
