I was wanting to add a tassel to my necklace off assorted tiny pincushions. I stumbled onto this great tutorial by Hammers and High Heels. All you need is some embroidery floss and a jump ring.
In the tutorial, Carla used the whole length of the embroidery floss skein. As I wanted to make a shorter tassel, I just wrapped the floss around the long end of a business card. Why not make your own tassel necklace?
